Screen Room and Front Entry Lanai
We designed and installed a beautiful screen Room and Lanai. The Elite Panel System not only enhances the aesthetics of their outdoor space but also provides protection against insects and other outdoor elements. Our team used high-quality materials. to ensure our customer would enjoy this area for many years to come.
We also added a front entry lanai with full view providing a secondary outdoor space.
Mansard Screen Enclosure
Our customer wanted privacy without taking away from the beautiful view. We Designed the Mansard Enclosure with a panoramic view and extend the concrete slab; applied an acrylic texture and paint. For the request for privacy, we added a concrete block wall with stucco and paint. We also provided Suntex 80 on the roof for UV protection.
Screen Room and Screen Enclosure
Our customer wanted to create two separate spaces in one outdoor area for entertaining guests. We designed and constructed a screen room that met their needs and exceeded their expectations. The screen room includes a roof, ceiling fan, and Skylights, making it the perfect space for hosting events or relaxing outdoors.
